zania growth and usage of mobile money payment infrastructure has provided an opportunity for increased access to other services
such as saving, credit, insurance (risk mitigation), pension (long term saving) and securities (saving for investment), mapping
clearly to the concept of core enablers […]. Tanzania does not have an all-encompassing electronic payment system. The growth of
mobile base payments platform/system through mobile money offers a great infrastructure from which both basic and advanced
financial services can be delivered to majority of Tanzanians.
